We have many suppliers of the home listing information, the identities of which are proprietary. This data is for use within the model only and is not displayed on the AVM report.
Comparable Sales
Total Home Value for Originations AVM can use hundreds of comparable home sales in calculating the AVM estimated value but selects and displays up to 5 comparable home sales that best represent the total comparable set used.
